Position Overview : As the Project Manager for the DACH region, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex security projects.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Execution and Monitoring : Lead project execution, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Reporting : Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the security or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
