We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our Consulting department.
The Project Management Assistant (PMA) team supports our consulting teams by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.
Your next challenge
- Support the management of opportunities and commitments :
- Weekly monitoring of opportunities with various Managers / Directors
- Assistance in the preparation and follow up of the engagement's process
- Assistance in the preparation and quality review of letters of engagements
- Budget monitoring
- Assistance in preparing invoicing instructions
- Support for the preparaion of quaterly customer meetings to follow up the KPIs
- Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications
