What can you expect?

• You are responsible for rolling out negotiated framework agreements with major customers by ensuring that all the customer's branches get a positive impression of our product portfolio
• You continuously expand your network within the customers assigned to you and enable our customers to be successful with our solutions
• You use your creativity and enthusiasm to promote familiar and new applications across the various business units of our key accounts
• You bring the product closer to the user through your training and suggestions
• You make sure that your customers have all the information they need to make working with our products easy and that all questions are answered comprehensively
• You ensure that the degree of utilization of our products is high and that our customers are able to benefit fully from them

What should you bring along?

• You have a proven track record with sales, ideally in the construction industry
• You have a comprehensive technical understanding and a good feeling for the applications of our portfolio
• You have a proven track record of success based on your friendly and engaging manner and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, supported by engaging presentations and the ability to win at all levels
• You are looking for opportunities to develop your full potential and continuously optimize yourself and your work processes
• You enjoy traveling within Germany, especially in Central Germany, to visit your customers on site and see them in action
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English
