We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Sales Expert to support our sales efforts in the robotics and automation market across a defined customer base in Europe.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills to provide pre-sales support, technical consultation, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with cross-functional and multi-national teams, and drive the adoption of innovative solutions in various industries.
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales funnel and revenue growth in the region. Increase customer base in a consistent, predictable way.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing product demonstrations, technical consultations, and presentations to showcase our robotics and automation solutions.
- Support the internal team in the qualification of leads, opportunity analysis, and the development of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers, partners, and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and support sales efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer specifications.
- Work on quotations and bids to the customer.
- Assist on competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including engineering, product development, and customer support, to address technical inquiries and resolve issues.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services, network with potential clients, and gather market intelligence.
