We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager Spain (m / f / x) to enhance our growth and forever leave their mark on SuitePad.
Your Playground :
- You are the main contact for our hotel chain customers mainly in the Spanish market and build a trusting, lasting relationship with the hotel executives
- As a consultant, you support the hotel chains in becoming even more successful through the efficient use of the SuitePad platform
- You advise and train the hotels according to their set goals and convince the customer to use SuitePads throughout the chain
- With best practices and case studies, you will support our sales teams in acquiring new hotel customers
Your profile :
- You have at least 2 years of experience in key account management or customer service management
- You have a passion for hospitality and want to transform that passion into achievements for our biggest customers
- You bring experience in project management and have a high level of communication skills
- You have a strong sales mindset paired with a customer centric approach
- Spanish is your native language and you are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel internationally (max. up to 1-2 trips per month)
