Role : Head of Battery Technology Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the management team to establish high-level goals and effectively align them with detailed technical targets.
• Lead technical personnel in their respective roles.
• Aid in the identification and recruitment of skilled technical professionals.
• Innovate solutions to overcome existing technological and financial obstacles hindering commercial advancement.
• Simplify complex matters, pinpointing essential concerns for effective resolution.

Requirements :

• 10 years of relevant working experience in the field of battery technology e.g. fuel cells, energy.
• Proven technical background with deep understanding of electrochemistry, membrane technology and cost engineering.
• Proven background of scaling technology and deep understanding of manufacturing.
• Strong communicator at all levels inside and outside our company.
• Fluent in English and German.
