StellenbeschreibungBuild and evolve backend systems and APIs in Django Own architecture decisions : scalability, reliability, maintainability Implement and refine CI / CD pipelines and deployment workflows Apply clean code practices , design patterns, and strong system design principles. Refactor major parts of the codebase for better long-term maintainability using modern tools such as Claude Code Collaborate on frontend work in React (feature work, integration, performance, DX) Use and improve AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., faster iteration, better quality, automation) Strong experience in full-stack development , with a backend focus Solid knowledge of architecture , design patterns , and clean-code practices Hands-on experience with CI / CD (build pipelines, testing, deployments, release processes) Heavy testing and QA practices Comfort working across the stack : React + Django Familiarity with modern development workflows and tooling, including AI-assisted development Bonus : exposure to (or curiosity for) Go and / or Rust as we expand parts of the system 100% Remote – work from anywhere (literally) Maximum flexibility – set your own schedule; we measure outcomes, not hours High autonomy & ownership – you’ll influence decisions and build end-to-end Work directly with the CTO – tight feedback loops, fast decisions, real technical leadership Your ideas matter – small team, big impact, fast iteration Retreats / workations – we meet regularly in inspiring places Strong engineering culture – clean architecture, clean code, reviews, testing, observability AI at the core – we build with modern AI tooling and integrate AI where it makes sense Stock option program – for employees who stand out with their great talent and effort ONLY accept applications via E-Mail to "tech[@]workandtravelguide
