at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt / Main, Germany.
Job mission :
Channel is the Kia Europe Subdivision in charge of Retail network. Both strategical and operational, Channel is highly cross-functional activity.
The Assistant Manager Learning & Development supports the implementation of Kia Europe's Learning & Development strategy across National Sales Companies and independent distributors.
Main focus elements : to facilitate and support the roll-out of the new products, sales and technology trainings, as well as the new Kia Learning Management System (LMS) across Europe, in coordination and under the supervision of the Learning & Development Manager.
As a member of the Channel team, the Learning & Development Assistant Manager also participates in all Channel relevant Kia Europe projects.
Your responsibilities :
Support the Kia Europe Learning & Development (L&D) team in delivering industry-leading programs for dealer employees (Sales), enhancing commercial competencies and product knowledge
Collaborate with Kia Headquarter, Kia Europe internal departments, and external suppliers to create product training content alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
Lead market implementation efforts (National Sales Companies and Distributors) for product and sales topics, aligning local strategies and implementing according to Kia Europe guidelines and plans to achieve training participation and performance KPIs.
Monitor the Kia Dealer Academy (KDA 2.0, our new Learning Management System) and support markets in optimizing their L&D activities to meet the targets of the Business Plan.
Your talents :
University degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with knowledge of Project Management.
At least 2 years of experience in the automotive or retail development industries, with a focus on Learning & Development in a customer-centric environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other EU languages is a plus.
Basic understanding of the automotive industry to engage effectively with internal teams and external suppliers regarding requirements and considerations.
Strong project management skills with excellent coordination, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
Budget management experience : able to collaborate with the team to ensure timely administration of project costs to support spending tracking.
Positive, feedback-driven attitude, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and skilled at problem-solving and prioritization.
Adaptability to multicultural, multi-stakeholder, and fast-paced environments.
