StellenbeschreibungIndependent performance, evaluation and documentation of laboratory tests on raw materials, semi-finished goods and end products (microbiological, chemical-physical) Supporting the laboratory management in implementing and maintaining the quality and laboratory management system Optimization and development of test methods as well as documentation and evaluation of test procedures and results Application of modern analytical methods Fulfillment of training and education requirements and compliance with GLP guidelines Completed training in the food industry or in chemical laboratories, ideally as a biology laboratory technician or BTA or comparable knowledge through several years of relevant professional experience Ideally experience in the field of quality control in the food industry Experienced in the use of modern IT applications such as MS Office and SAP Good knowledge of German and English Ability to work independently and strong team and organizational skills Careful and reliable way of working Willingness to work shifts
