We celebrate bold, fresh and value-centric B2B marketing that B2C start-ups dream about. Our success will rely on your ability to deliver high-quality vertical and thought leadership content and activities to the right people at the right time on the right channels.

We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, creative, can-do attitude individual to join our revenue team with experience in a B2B Startup and a background in content marketing.

Tasks

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
• Set up and manage Performance Marketing (LinkedIn) where useful
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Create briefings working with external partners and agencies, engage and coordinate with experts and interview partners
• Strategic development of marketing formats in line with industry best practices, new opportunities and proactive proposal of new ideas
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS, preferably in a startup setting.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing (LinkedIn), and content marketing.
• Background in Content Marketing, able to write own content in German language.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in enterprise-level marketing is preferred.
• Creative thinker, status-quo challenger, data-driven and hands-on problem solver
• Preferably native German speaker (as the focus is DACH) and fluent in English (as we are an international company), able to write professional content without review
