Advertising Operations Specialist (GAM/DFP) (m/f/d)

Objective of the Role Working as part of a dedicated team, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, ensuring optimum performance of ads, emails, and campaigns in terms of delivery, performance, and quality.
Additionally, they will report bugs and troubleshoot issues while analyzing performance trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Address day-to-day issues and questions from clients and internal personnel.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies.
- Produce client-facing insights on campaign setup and delivery optimization.
- Planning and setting up of ad, email, and job campaigns in the ad server and other platforms (DoubleClick for Publishers, Salesforce, RG Admin, etc.).
- Monitoring and optimization of ad and email campaigns.
- Reporting and analyses identifying optimization opportunities.
- Knowledge and metrics sharing with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to drive successful campaign delivery and revenue.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve ad product development and impact.
- Assist with creation, cultivation, and improvement of audience targeting, in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Sales.
Requirements :
- Proven experience with Google Ad Manager (formerly DoubleClick for Publishers - DFP).
- Experience in digital advertising and ad technology.
- Strong understanding of ad serving technology and ad operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve ad serving errors.
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to address day-to-day client issues and questions effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and reporting discrepancies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Sales and Account Management teams to drive successful campaign delivery and revenue.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering teams to improve ad product development and impact.
Your Profile :
- 2 years of experience with Google Ad Manager (formerly DoubleClick for Publishers - DFP).
- Managed large-scale ad campaigns for optimal performance.
- Experience with Google AdWords and multiple DSPs is a plus.
- Skilled in ad serving technology, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
- Strong communicator with excellent client and stakeholder management.
- Collaborative with Sales, Account Management, and Engineering teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
