Now seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manger to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence across Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
You will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with strategically important OEM customers in the agricultural and municipal technology, mining, material handling, and selected industrial machinery sectors.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territories.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM customer accounts.
- Conduct independent price and contract negotiations to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate closely with Project Engineering and Competence Centers in Germany, Switzerland, and Italy to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide ongoing support to our existing partner network in Poland.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in field sales, preferably within the mentioned application areas.
- In-depth understanding of the agricultural and municipal technology, mining, material handling, and / or industrial machinery sectors.
- Strong passion for technology, particularly mobile hydraulics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a high degree of ambition and persistence.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
