We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our executive management team, particularly the CEO. This role involves a mix of administrative, organizational, and communication responsibilities, requiring strong multitasking skills and discretion.
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team
- Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule meetings
- Organize and book business travel (individual and group)
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and internal reports
- Follow up on meeting action points and deadlines
- Plan and support internal and external events
- Handle incoming calls and emails on behalf of the executives
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
Qualifications :
Completed commercial training or similar qualificationExperience in executive assistance is an advantageStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh discretion and sense of responsibilityProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)Ability to work independently, flexibly, and reliablyWe are looking forward for you application!
