Description

We’re looking for a talented and experienced web designer / graphic designer who is motivated to contribute to the growth marketing team with their experience and knowledge.

You’re a professional in web design and web development. Building, maintaining, and optimizing websites and landing pages using tools like WordPress, Webflow, and Figma.

You will execute ideas, build and deliver high-performing interfaces to successfully achieve business goals like lead generation and conversion optimization within a growth marketing team that is focused on B2B lead generation and associated campaigns.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, including Content, Product, Frontend Developers, Data and RevOps, to achieve converting assets.

To achieve this, your tool set will consist of :

• Website : WordPress built with Elementor.
• Landing Pages : Webflow or other landing page builders.
• Designs : Figma.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and continuously optimization of the current website for better user experience and higher conversion rates.
• Designing and building new website pages by customizing and extending WordPress themes, additionally using plugins to meet project requirements.
• Ensuring responsive accessibility, optimal performance, and security as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs on WordPress.
• Designing and developing high-converting landing pages with a tool of your choice, being an expert to assure tracking codes are set and third-party tools can be easily implemented.
• Develop A / B testing strategies for your designs to boost conversions and be able to analyze performance metrics to adjust your work.
• Familiarity with user journey mapping and usage of evaluation tools to enrich your designs.
• Next to your main focus on website & landing pages, you enjoy designing visually appealing design work related to performance ads, social media content, event assets, and print designs.
• Uphold design guidelines and be able to enhance our existing design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our online presence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in WordPress, ideally with Elementor.
• You can provide solid examples of your work for fintechs, SaaS, or other technological companies with a good understanding of Growth and Marketing.
• Experience with Webflow or other landing page builders to set up fast campaign activities.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices, with knowledge of current design trends in web design.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• You know how to work independently in an agile and creative environment while enjoying collaborating with your colleagues.
• You are highly organized, have a successful track record of project delivery, and pay high attention to detail to ensure flawless quality.

What would be a great addition to your experience :

• Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping in Figma.
• Proficiency in using Webflow to create performing designs.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
