Description
- Use a shared calendar tool (such as Google Calendar) to plan and schedule training courses and trainers.
- Utilize email marketing tools or social media platforms to promote available training sessions to your clients.
- Set up a system for promptly responding to client inquiries and providing necessary support.
- Implement a ticketing system to track and manage client requests effectively.
- Consider using a booking software to streamline the process of reserving physical or virtual classrooms.
- Establish a centralized repository for learning materials and develop a process for distributing them to clients.
- Use a database or spreadsheet to maintain accurate records of trainees, schedules, and attendance.
- Design a feedback survey template to collect input from participants after each training session.
- Create standardized templates for drafting training activity reports and results.
- Familiarize yourself with the LMS platform and seek training on its features.
Profile
- You are organized, versatile and willing to learn continuously.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have a first experience in Learning & Development or in Human Resources.
- You have a background in Human Resources
