WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Responsibility in technical multi-project management and project portfolio management
  • Coordination of resource deployment planning and capacity planning with the department heads and team leaders in engineering (m / f / d)
  • Budget and investment planning
  • Data analysis and management as well as further development of data evaluation (dashboard)
  • Monthly reporting

The position is to be filled at the Kassel, Kiel and Unterlüß sites.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, engineering or comparable
  • Experience in the field of multi-project management / project portfolio management
  • Professional experience in the engineering sector
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and SAP PS
  • Experience with MySQL servers, Python and Java Script an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong moderation and communication skills
  • Structured way of working
