Your tasks
- Comply with project cost, weight, quality, and timing targets
- Create, comply, and enhance DFMA and all robustness disciplines
- Lead the CAD team to achieve the routing, retention, and packaging requirements
- BOM consistency between CAD, Windchill and PREEvision
- Plan and execute the DVP as well as implement the design improvements
- Solve issues including cross-functional interfaces
- Measure the design maturity and report risks in a meaningful timing
- Plan and execute prototyping support and reworking
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience with wiring harness development and EDS
- Knowledge in EDS parts development such as grommets, channels, fuse boxes, etc
- 3D CAD Knowledge (Catia, Windchill, CREO)
- Understanding of automotive E / E systems
- Intercultural competence, ability to work in a team & assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German & English, both written & spoken
