Join our People, Talent & Culture (HR) team in Leipzig, Erfurt or Ilmenau in fulltime or part time (min. 30 hrs / week) as HR Administration Specialist (m / f / d).
What is the role about?
Operational Support : Be the go-to person for our HR Business Partners and HR Director! From preparing contracts and key documents to assisting with employee and supervisor requests, your support will keep our operations running smoothly.
Plus, you’ll keep our HR resources sparkling and up-to-date.
Data & Administration : You’re the ultimate data wizard! Manage our HR management system with precision, handle absence requests effortlessly, and make sure our personnel files are impeccable, both digitally and physically.
We count on you to keep everything compliant and perfectly organized.
Process & Documentation : Love making things better? You'll play a crucial role in improving our HR processes, ensuring they’re seamless and top-notch.
Your work will help us maintain our quality and security standards, including our prized ISO certifications.
- Recruitment Support : Join forces with our Talent Acquisition team and make the candidate experience unforgettable! You'll coordinate interviews, manage communications with a smile, and even shine on social media to boost our employer brand.
- HR Projects & Office Fun : Bring your energy to HR projects! You’ll help to create a welcoming and fun company culture & work environment.
You fit in with us, if
- you have at least two to three years of professional experience in HR management in an administrative / operational support role and you see yourself in that area in the future.
- you have a successfully completed an academic degree or vocational training with a focus on HR - we also appreciate career changers with relevant professional experience in the field of HR / People Management.
- you have exceptional communication skills, are fluent in German and have very good skills in the English language (both German & English skills necessary in day-to-day operations!).
- you have very good knowledge of the current MS Office tools and already experience in working with an HR management system (preferably Personio).
- you are passionate about working with people from different cultural backgrounds, you excel in operational and administrative tasks and you prioritise the quality and thoroughness of your work.
