• Finance Business Partner for the Division CFO : Support the CFO with your own ideas, projects and analyses for the Advanced Lighting Systems Division within the Excelitas Technologies Group.
• Analysis and support : Carry out independent profitability, earnings and ad-hoc analyses for the division and assist the international Finance Business Partner team of the various product lines with these processes.
• Recommendations for action and presentation : Derive recommendations for action from your analyses to ensure that we achieve our goals and present these convincingly to the company management.
• Management of global financial processes : Based on the specifications from the corporate headquarters in the USA, you will be responsible for managing the division's global controlling processes and ensure smooth operations, e.

g. budgeting and forecasting.

• Business Intelligence (BI) tools : Develop and implement innovative controlling tools and processes to optimize the management of the company.
• Key figures and reporting : Design and improve global reporting to ensure economic transparency.
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of business administration or business informatics
• At least five years of professional experience in controlling in an industrial company and / or in management consulting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex business data and derive effective business strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Team-oriented way of working and the ability to lead and develop a small team
• Structured and results-oriented way of working and a high degree of initiative
• High IT affinity and knowledge of MS-Office, SAP FI / CO, Business Objects; ideally you have already gained initial experience with tools such as QlikSense, Anaplan, Hyperion Financial Planning.
