At our office in Karlsruhe, we are looking to fill the following position in the Software Engineering and IT Coordination department at the earliest possible date :
Senior IT Coordinator (m / f / d) for the civil servant pensions department
Occupational grade A11 LBesO / pay grade 10 TVöD, reference number : V 641.25
Your main responsibilities :
- Creation of technical concepts as a basis for the further development of our IT systems (definition and design of software functions and dialog processes from a user perspective in coordination with our specialist department, our external cooperation partners and application development), in particular due to legal and procedural changes in the civil service pension system
- Project work (including planning, monitoring and managing IT projects - both in-house and in collaboration with external cooperation partners)
- Preparation of cost and benefit analyses and participation in planning
- Creation of test concepts as well as coordination, implementation and documentation of corresponding test measures
- Maintenance and support of existing software products including optimization measures and specific user support
- Planning and implementation of user training
- Advising the specialist departments on IT-specific issues relating to the specialist processes
- Participation in digitization projects to ensure the future viability of our processes
We expect you to :
Qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service - ideally with a specialization in "Information Technology and Management" - or an equivalent qualification; alternatively, other training related to IT, administration or businessInterest in a job that involves IT-related, legal and organizational issuesExperience in the technical design of IT applications and in carrying out test work is an advantage, but not a prerequisiteA sense of responsibility, quick comprehension and good judgmentAbility to work in a team, initiative, communication skills, good work and time organizationBusiness fluent in German (language level C1)We offer you :
