Collateral Client Onboarding Manager, Assistant Vice President

What you will be responsible for

As Client On-Boarding Manager, AVP you will be

Taking full ownership of Collateral Services client on-boarding activities and supervising team members of the on-boarding team

Building and maintaining strong relationships to clients, counterparties and other external third parties while cultivating the culture in relationship

Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues

Subject matter expert for corporate committees and initiatives

Developing and coaching junior team members

Creating and maintaining an engaged work environment and ensuring appropriate communications channels are in place

Overseeing and leading client migrations and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful on-boardings

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial topics or comparable apprenticeship

At least 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably within collateral management, client on-boarding and / or client services

At least 4 years of experience in managing staff

Knowledge of financial instruments and the regulatory framework in regards to Collateral industry (e.g. EMIR)

Proficiency in English and German is a must (minimum C1)

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, PowerBI preferred
