What your day will look like

  • Act as the main point of contact for Revenue Reservations and Sales regarding interfaces and reservation systems
  • Manage and maintain our channel managers and electronic distribution channels (PMS CRS etc.)
  • Maintain interfaces between various systems to ensure seamless data flow
  • Manage rates in Opera Cloud PMS CRS and handle content management for our hotels
  • Conduct audits and system checks and support the implementation of new hotels
  • Work closely with the team to optimize online distribution channels
  • Use TARS for automated processes and improve distribution efficiency

Qualifications :

Your personality matters more than your CV

  • Completed training in hospitality
  • Fluent in German and English
  • working experience in online distribution or yield management
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS Synxis CRS and TARS is a plus
  • Understanding of technical structures in online distribution
  • Experience with online booking platforms
  • Responsible accurate and reliable
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office
  • Above all : team spirit engagement and enthusiasm for digital processes
