Job Description
- During your internship, you will create and establish statistic process control in the area of wafer bonding.
- You will develop and optimize concepts for process control in the area of wafer bonding and support these up to the production release.
- The processing of measurement data using statistical methods will also be part of your tasks.
- You will closely cooperate with internal contacts.
- Last but not least, you will document the developed procedures and write work instructions.
Qualifications
- Education : studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Know-how : competent handling of MS Office and ideally experience working in a clean room
- Personality and Working Practice : responsible, motivated, goal-oriented, structured and independent
- Enthusiasm : interest in microsystems technology
- Languages : fluent in German or English
Additional Information
Start : according to prior agreement
Duration : 6 months
