Working Student (f/m/d) Project Management Office

Responsibilities :
- Supporting the PMO team in the improvement of the project management related methodology, training, software and reports
- Establish project management reports
- Checking consistency between support documents and integrating feedback from support functions (deliverables checklists, responsibility matrices, templates etc.)
- Validation of new software functionality
- Maintenance of project management related standards and trainings (e.g. process flow map in Microsoft Visio, creation of templates and presentations)
- Supporting the team with other IT topics (distribution lists, Excel macros etc.)
Qualifications :
- Enrolled student with an interest in project management
- High IT affinity
- Confident handling of MS Excel (incl. macros), Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics independently
- Willingness to communicate in a team
- Experience in project work is an advantage
- Responsible, dynamic and flexible way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
