Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional for a seasoned hands-on leader with a robust leadership and consultancy background.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading our infrastructure team and driving pre-sales activities related to infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, providing strategic direction and technical expertise
• Drive pre-sales activities related to infrastructure solutions, working closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Implement and cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts for container orchestration and deployment
• Provide DevOps expertise to clients to streamline their application development and deployment processes
• Collaborate with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in the cloud infrastructure space

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
• At least 3 years of experience of leading and mentoring a team effectively
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Robust technical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, with a focus on GCP Networking, Cloud Native, and GCP Security products
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible
• Proficiency with CICD tools, including Jenkins, Gitlab, or Cloud Build
• In-depth understanding of Kubernetes and Helm for effective container orchestration and deployment
• Previous experience with Cloud migration and VMware is an advantage
• One or more of the following certifications : Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Certified Professional Network Engineer, or Google Certified Associate Cloud Engineer
• Mobility, a willingness to travel, and proficiency in English and German languages
