Senior Human Resources Manager
Our client is a global lead in automotives, they provide innovative and quality products to automotive manufacturers.
They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the leadership team.
Your Main Responsibilities :
- Create and carry out HR plans and projects that complement the overarching corporate strategy.
- Oversee and direct the HR staff while offering direction, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the hiring procedure to guarantee that the best candidates are drawn in and kept on board.
- Keep a positive work environment by managing employee interactions, handling grievances, and resolving disagreements.
- Create and put into effect policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to regional labour laws and regulations.
- In charge of overseeing the development plans, succession planning, and appraisal procedures associated with performance management.
- Lead efforts to improve corporate culture, morale, and employee engagement.
- Oversee the development, administration, and pay out of benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Handle HR statistics and metrics to guide choices and gauge HR efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in English & one other European language (particularly German)
- Completed university degree
- Good command of financial analysis and management accounting incl. P&L analysis, in order to identify and prioritize necessary measures fro improvement.
- Willingness to travel
