Finance Assistant (f/md) / German-speaking

For our European Headquarters in Offenbach (Frankfurt am Main) we are looking for a :

Finance Assistant (f / m / d) / German-speaking

As a Finance Assistant (f / m / d) you will be part of the Finance Section. Your role ensures financial compliance and contributes to smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in bookkeeping of sales, costs, and expenses
• Participate in bookkeeping of assets and depreciation
• Support monthly statements by collecting data
• Support quarterly and annual statements by assembling data
• Support reporting to management and the headquarters
• Post and reconcile operating expenses and process employee expense claims
• Maintain relevant Finance and Accounting master data

Requirements :

• A bachelor's degree in business administration (with a focus on accounting and controlling) or an equivalent qualification
• 1-3 years of experience in finance accounting and bookkeeping
• Understanding of accounting standards
• Very good skills in MS Office
• Experience with SAP and DATEV would be a plus
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in German and English
