System Engineer
Job Description
- Develop deep relationships with key customer IT and Business decision makers within the client company.
- Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements for the automotive systems.
- Create high level product specifications and design documents and review System requirements, ensuring correctness, feasibility, and verifiability considering state-of-the-art system engineering practice
- Assurance of link between the work products (system requirements, scenarios, architectures, and safety artifacts) in the tool landscape
- Implement changes in the Client tool landscape to accommodate the development process.
Qualifications
Personality : Customer oriented, Good communication skills
Mandatory Skills :
- Proven experience in requirements engineering and model-based system engineering for automotive systems.
- Working Experience in Systems Engineering methodology and tools ( DNG, Rhapsody / Cameo / EA, etc.)
- Experience in steering projects as an ALM module expert such as Requirements Management / Test Management
- Experience in simulation ( Matlab / UML / SysML experience) for checking requirements in the early development phase.
- In-depth / comprehensive knowledge in Systems, requirements engineering and its application
- Knowledge of INCOSE and IREB requirement guidelines.
- Certified Requirements Engineering expertise ( IREB CPRE, RE@Agile or similar)
- Agile development (Scrum / SAFe), medium level
Desirable Skills :
- Knowledge of Vehicle EE Architecture.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 (SOTIF)
Automotive Industry preferred
Work Experience : 5+ years
