Project Manager - Defence Simulation
We are seeking a Client Account Project Manager that will extensively work along side our national defence client on all things Simulation and Training.
Location : Germany, Remote with Frequent travel to client sites and once per month to Poland.
Salary : € 100-130k + benefits + bonus
Languages : German and English Fluent, ideally native German
You'll be the go-to person for everything client :
- Become their simulation champion : Understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth operations.
- Project management pro : Deliver projects on time, within budget, and mitigate risks with expertise.
- Contract whisperer : Collaborate with the client to maximize value and satisfaction from our products.
- Data detective : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify glitches, and champion rapid solutions.
- Client base explorer : Travel to client bases, understand their simulation needs, and unlock new training possibilities.
- Business development buddy : Partner with our team to identify and win new opportunities.
- The ultimate Client bridge : Be the central source of knowledge within the business for all things client.
What we need :
- Project management master : A minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience, ideally with an IPMA certification.
- Bachelor's degree powerhouse : Project Management or a related field is a must.
- Military background bonus : Prior military experience is a huge plus!
- Licensed to drive : A driver's license is required.
- Communication rockstar : You excel at both written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, organization, and presentations.
- Tech wiz : Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is key.
- Independent operator : You thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with a smile.
- Native German language with Very good English
