Working hours : Part-time / full-time (35-40 hours / week)

Support language : French-English (Excellent French language skills and a good command of English are required for this position)

Service times : MO-FR 8.00-23.00h, 1 Weekend per Month

Salary : 2500€ / Month*

Become a Customer Service Advisor (m / f / d) for our service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world’s biggest, most well-known and leading social media companies.

Working within our friendly and supportive team :

  • Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in French
  • Thanks to your professional customer advice and solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
  • Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
  • You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.

Your Skills :

  • Online advertising experience is desirable
  • Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of French (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
  • Affinity for social media and active social media users
  • Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
