We are looking for an experienced anddriven HR professional who can provide HR expertise and businesspartnership to a diverse group of managers and employees.
As HRBusiness Partner you will be a trusted sparring partner to selectedteams within our Operations function inGermany.
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES
Build andmaintain strong relationships to partner with selected managers andtheir teams at our sites in Mannheim and Wetzlar to understandneeds, challenges and goals to translate into effective HRsolutions in line with employment law, best practice, HR policiesand DHR processes.
Support talent strategies to grow associatedevelopment, leadership and organizational capabilities whilecollaborating with key talent across the supportedfunctions.
Execute variouskey HR processes along the employee Life Cycle including talentmanagement, talent development, employee engagement, retention,performance management, sickness management, recruiting support,onboarding, terminations, organizational development,diversity / equity / inclusion andcompensation.
Act as theprimary point of contact for overarching HR matters and initiativesat our Mannheim location. Support, drive and implement general siteinitiatives in collaboration with otherstakeholders.
Effectiveutilization of tools like daily & visual management and use ofHR data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities forimprovement, issues, and root causes within the area ofresponsibility, and to initiatecountermeasures.
Work onvarious HR projects and support the continuousimprovement / digitalization of HR processes. Partner closely withinternal interfaces (e.
g. other HR BPs, HR Delivery team and otherHR COEs, Talent Acquisition Partners, local works council,etc.).
YOURPROFILE
University Degree inrelevant discipline and multiple years of experience as HR BusinessPartner / HR Generalist, ideally in a fast-paced industrialenvironment with complex matrixstructures.
Solid expertiseacross the entire employee life cycle including talent managementprinciples. Ideally experience in managingchange.
Good knowledge ofGerman labor law and experience in working with workcouncils.
Proven ability tobuild and maintain strong relationships with people leaders andemployees.
Fluent in Germanand Englishlanguage.
Willingness toregularly commute between our offices in Mannheim and Wetzlar, aspart of a day business trip (pool carprovided).
