What Youll Do :
Provide exceptional customer support via live chat and email .
Solve problems and guide customers efficiently with a friendly approach.
Document interactions and share insights to improve service quality.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Use your German and English skills daily while making a real impact.
What Were Looking For :
Native or C2-level German and B2 English.
Excellent written German skills and grammar .
Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
Ability to work hybrid in Malta and attend onsite training.
Must provide criminal record clearance or two references from previous employers.
EU Work Permit required.
