Roles and Responsibilities :
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers through effective Key Account Management.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the territory, converting leads into orders.
Tailor strategies to support each customer's growth and success with our products.
Travel within the region to visit customers, attend trade shows, and events.
Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline to increase conversions.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns.
Represent the company professionally and convincingly in presentations and pitches.
Skills and Experience Needed :
Fluent in German( or conversation German ) / English
Experience in Industrial Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical / Oil and Gas
Experience in B2B sales
Understanding of ATEX requirements
Proven track record in business development and sales
Strong negotiation skills with a win-win approach
Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of our product range
Tenacity to meet and exceed targets
Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
Networking skills to expand customer base
Clean driving license and willingness to travel
