Onboarding Intern (f/m/d)

YOUR MISSION

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with landlords by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Continuously enhance your understanding of the German real estate market to improve your skill set and provide valuable insights.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets by assisting our Sales Managers and Business Development Team.
• Support the acquisition and onboarding of new landlords, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Accurately update and maintain customer databases to ensure data integrity and reliability.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Economics, Sales, etc.).
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, comfortable interacting with a diverse range of personalities.
• Possess a strong empathetic personality, able to connect with customers, and demonstrate self-confidence and customer focus.
• Have a keen eye for identifying areas where processes can be automated and made more efficient, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
• Demonstrate creativity, a hands-on mentality, and a goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
