for specialist administration, specialist support and further development of the specialist applications of the Building Supervisory Office.

As a cross-sectional area, we work purposefully, motivated and successfully on the digitization and continuous further development of our office.

We implement process management standards as the basis for long-term process optimization and the introduction of new, digital processes.

We design and introduce the electronic construction file (eBauakte). In doing so, we support our office in the transformation from paper-based file and transaction processing to fully digital processing.

We are looking for a specialist application manager (m / f / d) for the new OK.Bau specialist application introduced in 2022 and the other internal specialist applications.

You will administer, configure and further develop these specialist applications. Together with colleagues from our Office for Information Processing, the software manufacturers and other intermediaries of the digital building application process, you will lead the Building Supervisory Office into the future!

YOUR MAIN TASKS

You ...

• are responsible for the technical support of the office's internal specialist applications and ensure operational readiness
• work together with the specialist departments, project and process management to set up digital transaction processing in the specialist applications and provide support during implementation
• collect requirements for the specialist applications from the specialist departments, develop solutions together and are responsible for implementation
• are responsible for the planning, implementation and acceptance of technical and security-related updates
• recognize potential for improvement in digital transaction processing in the specialist application
• create concepts or continue them within the framework of the authorization structure, technical improvements and the specialist office descriptions of the specialist applications
• take on key roles in internal IT projects, for example the development of interfaces between the specialist application and the municipal GIS or Cologne DMS

The position is graded according to salary group A10 career group 2, 1st entry level LBesG NRW (Salary Act for the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, formerly higher service) or according to pay group 10 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD IKT).

The salary range in pay group 10 (TVöD-IKT) is currently between 3,895.33 euros (experience level 1) and 5,433.63 euros (experience level 6).

Your professional experience will be taken into account when assigning you to the experience level within the pay group, insofar as this is possible under collective bargaining law.
