Research Development Quality Assurance Manager
The opportunity to join our client's team as a Consultant R&D Quality Assurance supporting global R&D functions! You'll play a crucial role in providing QA leadership and guidance for new R&D projects at our cutting-edge facility.
This includes attending project meetings, offering QA support, and meticulously reviewing analytical reports and assay results to ensure compliance with stringent GMP standards.
Your expertise will be pivotal in providing technical support from a QA perspective to project teams, collaborating closely with the finance department to align quality objectives with financial goals, and establishing robust quality agreements while performing thorough quality risk assessments.
Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Veeva systems, which are integral to our operations for document management and compliance tracking.
Key Requirements :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in GMP quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and quality systems.
- Technical development expertise across small / large / biopharma sectors, including experience in API generation and oversight of day-to-day operations such as document reviews and technical assessments.
- Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.
