Job Summary :
The primary objective of the PSA BDP Sales Organization is to ensure the growth of PSA BDP through the development of new business through flexible, tailored supply chain and logistics solutions.
PSA BDP is looking for aggressive hunter field sales professional that will be responsible for consulting and selling international supply chain & logistics solutions to meet sales targets and generate revenue within the territory.
The Solution Sales Executive will develop new clients by prospecting and responding to business development leads. In addition, the international sales professional will actively monitor and review customer global sales activity and make adjustments to processes and strategies as needed.
Scope
You will be accountable for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business. Also, improving business development processes for specific services and products with strong sales engagements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), preparing presentations and monitoring sales leads and responses.
- Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities.
- Prepare annual / monthly budgets and reports. And achieve targeted budgets.
- Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
- Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
- Facilitate cross selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans.
- Provide marketing support and knowledge within the company for all products and services.
- Prevent action, before shipping to ensure collection in within the shortest time
- Achieving an exceeding performance goals.
Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Preferably holding a BA / BS Degree
- Prefer 5+ years successful and documented B2B sales experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Perform varied aspects of the sales process and input, update, and maintain all relevant activities utilizing BDP’s Global CRM system daily. (REQUIRED).
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Successful academic and professional track record with solid achievements, rankings, or awards
- Transportation industry, service solution sales, or international sales experience highly preferred
