Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

  • Permanent role
  • €125K - €150K including bonus
  • Ideal candidate location will be based in either the UK, Germany, Spain or France
  • Remote working - may include up to 30% domestic / international travel

As the Manager of Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for Transportation & Electronics Business Group across EMEA, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive playbook and framework.

You will guide divisions through the process and provide expert recommendations to ensure successful execution. Your focus will be on measurable outcomes, demonstrating value to customers and the impact on business growth.

  • Key responsibilities for the role include;
  • ABM Strategy Development : Create and oversee the ABM strategy for the business group across EMEA, aligning with business goals, budget, and resources, and standardise ABM practices across the region.
  • Framework and Education : Lead the implementation of an ABM framework, educate division stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide tools to expedite the process.
  • Insights and Market Trends : Build an insights program using technology and AI for account profiling, deliver customer journey mapping, and share industry megatrends affecting key accounts.
  • Program Development and Alignment : Advise on division-specific ABM implementation, support value proposition creation, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Metrics, Technology, and Impact : Guide on goal setting and metrics, identify and implement ABM technologies, measure ABM impact, and champion ABM adoption and best practices.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Significant experience leading successful ABM strategies, with a track record of driving demand and revenue in B2B settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABM / digital platforms and technologies, with the ability to influence and optimise the marketing tech stack for ABM effectiveness.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, strategic thinking, and a commercial mindset to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at working cross-functionally and building relationships, with the ability to effectively present to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and results-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments and committed to excellence without direct management of people.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working across the EMEA region for large global matrix organisation is preferred
