As the Head of Quality, you will spearhead pivotal initiatives within Europe's premier battery production powerhouse backed by Series-D funding.
Your leadership in quality management will drive strategic advancements and be instrumental in maintaining my client's unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring our continued success at the forefront of sustainable energy.
What you can expect?
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management strategies aligned with ISO standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949, and equivalent regulations).
- Lead a team of 15 cross-functional specialists, providing support and targeted upskilling programs.
- Cross-functional team collaboration and ensure the effective handling of customer queries and implement preventative measures to production.
- Conduct regular audits for compliance and promote a culture of improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, legislative changes, and lean production principles.
What you bring?
- Excellent German (C1 / C2) language skills.
- 5 years' experience working on automotive battery production, ideally within a quality-focused team.
- Extensive familiarity with relevant ISO's and IATF's.
- People-focused and hands-on leadership style, with min. 3 years managing small to medium sized teams.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, production management, or equivalent - master's degree is an advantage.
