Head of Vertical EU Operators, Broadband Division
Your Tasks
As the Head of Vertical, you will be the senior person responsible for both the commercial management and the business relationships of the EU Operators within CTDI's Broadband Division.
- Lead a team of Senior Program Managers across multiple European locations
- Create and execute growth strategies across Europe working with one's own team and the VP Broadband Division and the VP Business Development
- Responsible for a number of major Broadband or multidivisional customers across Europe
- Responsible for developing senior relationships with our (perspective) customers and growing these relationships to ensure we are in the middle of their strategic reliance for forward and reverse logistics and supply chain activities
- Identify core contacts within our perspective customers and build relationships to ultimately deliver growth to CTDI
- Lead revenue and margin improvement programs while identifying and driving new business opportunities
- Lead new product and new project implementations for both new and existing customers to expand CTDI’s service offerings
- Develop a network of contacts (both existing and new) throughout Europe
- Ensure operational performance and quality is according to customer and business requirements
- Driving internal and external business partners ensuring business excellence
- Develop with the VP Division the Broadband strategy to ensure sustainable business models
- Delivery and ownership of business cases ensuring the right levels of sign off are in place
- Responsibility for KPI excellence and daily KPI reporting
- Responsibility for the daily and life cycle P&L of your business
- Reporting to the VP Broadband Division
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in both commercial and operational areas of the telecommunications industry, ideally within Broadband, Connected Home or mobility, with a focus on account management and sales
- Exceptional communication and project management skills are essential, demonstrating the capability to lead and assist cross-functional teams effectively to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate complex contractual clauses to identify solutions that harmonise legal obligations, customer requirements, and organisational objectives
- Proven ability to facilitate and contribute to complex technical discussions and drive information required to build and grow a business
- Ability to understand and discuss a daily P&L with business leaders and drive performance improvements with operational teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data driven decisions.
