Role Overview :
As a Senior Fullstack Developer , you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of the company’s flagship property automation platform.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end design and development of key features, working across the stack with a focus on Python , React , and TypeScript .
You will also contribute to DevOps and infrastructure projects, helping shape the technical direction of the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Development : Design and develop key features of the web application, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Fullstack Ownership : Work on both frontend and backend technologies (Python, React, TypeScript) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- DevOps & Infrastructure : Collaborate on infrastructure projects using Terraform and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s deployment pipeline.
- Key Decision Making : Own key technology decisions, laying the groundwork for the company's future growth and innovation.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Skills and Experience :
- Strong proficiency in Python , with experience in backend development and building scalable applications.
- Expertise in React & TypeScript for building modern, responsive web applications.
- Experience with FastAPI for building high-performance APIs.
- Proficient with SQLAlchemy for working with relational databases.
- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and React-based frameworks.
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure management and cloud deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to technical decision-making.
- Experience in AI / ML or the property / insurance sectors is a plus, but not required.
