Action1 is seeking a highly motivated SEO Head with 4-5 years of proven experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, detail-oriented, and possesses strong project management and organizational skills.

This person will be in charge of planning, managing, and executing innovative SEO strategies and tactics that enhance visibility and engage audiences across various online platforms, driving key performance indicators.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, site audits, content optimization, link building, and competitive analysis.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine SEO strategies and report on progress such as traffic and ranking.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital content and platforms.
• Adjust strategies based on market trends and data insights.
• Set clear objectives, track progress, and forecast future needs to continually refine our SEO approach.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
