(Senior) Platform Engineer (fmd)

Position Description

We are currently seeking an experienced (Senior) Platform Engineer to join our team and contribute to the reliability and scalability of our cloud-based services.

In this role youll play a key part in building and maintaining shared internal developer platforms and self-service tooling so engineering teams can move quickly without having to reinvent infrastructure or governance for each team.

Youll focus on the architecture design automation and delivery of core infrastructure and network components that sustain our various products.

In this role you will :

• Design automate maintain and optimize network infrastructure platforms databases CI / CD workflows and tools
• Continuously collaborate with Product Engineering Delivery and Site Reliability teams and constantly adapt our infrastructure for new features and services
• Ensure that platforms are up-to-date and always right-scaled (technically and financially) to absorb the load. We handle millions of requests a day
• Ensure systems reliability on a 24x7x365 basis : our customer systems are critical and always on
• Work in close relationship with other team members to promote the best practices runbooks and operational procedures
