About the Role :
As the Dynamics 365 CE Team Lead, you will oversee and guide a team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer engagement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide strategic direction, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Your leadership will foster innovation and drive excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Dynamics 365 CE professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer engagement processes using Dynamics 365 CE.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and adhere to best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Monitor project progress and manage risks effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
