  • Global Account Manager, experienced, motivated, and self-driven with proven closing skills.
  • Responsible for business development and sales for one of our top leading Automotive Accounts.
  • Leading, implementing, managing and driving automotive sales from initial customer contact through revenue generation across all regions.
  • WW responsible for Sales and Business Development in order to grow sales pipeline.
  • Responsible for WW Account Management : build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, understand customer needs & product requirements, develop and manage opportunities and monitor ongoing projects to drive them to success.
  • Closely work with FAE’s, Business Units, Supply Chain and other internal functional teams to define sales strategy at account level and product & platform level.
  • Responsible for the communication with customers about product features and roadmap to get customer design wins.
  • Regular travel required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in selling automotive products.
  • Experience being early in the sales development cycle and driving it to revenue success.
  • Proven track record in driving an account from technology adoption through to qualification as an approved vendor at the Tier1 and its customer(s).
  • Capability of closing design wins and generating revenue growth in a fast growing company.
  • Demonstrated strategic value selling and knowledge of who to target within customers.
  • Knows how to develop deep relationship and cooperation with the customer.
  • Ability to work well with team members and collaborate effectively across functional groups.
  • Confident, self-starter, high energy, high integrity leader, effective at multi-tasking and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills (English, German).
  • Strong execution skills, results oriented, drives customers and the company to revenue generation.
  • Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering. Alternatively, equivalent education in other related areas is considered if work experience and track record meet expectations.
