As part of a succession plan and to further support the company’s growth in the German market, we are looking for your support as :
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and developing the existing customer base
- Identifying new business opportunities and actively acquiring new customers
- Overseeing the entire sales process – externally as the primary customer contact, and internally in collaboration with various departments (engineering, inside sales, and sales & operations planning)
- Conducting market and competitor analyses and participating in relevant trade fairs
- Collaborating with the existing distributor network
- Preparing visit reports, managing customer data in the CRM system, and reporting to the headquarters in France
Your Profile
A completed technical education with strong sales orientation, or a commercial education with technical affinityExperience in B2B sales of complex technical products, ideally in sealing technologyStrong communication skills and a confident demeanor with customersHigh self-motivation, autonomous and results-oriented working style, combined with team spiritWillingness to travel extensively within the sales territoryFamiliarity with CRM systemsGood command of English for communication with the headquartersOur Offer
