The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our store processes.

You will be responsible for improving operational processes, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring alignment between sales and other departments, serving as an entrusted interface.

This role requires strong understanding of retail operations, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Operational process optimization : Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Work closely with sales representatives to understand their needs and challenges.

• Market focused collaboration : Collaborate effectively with local managers to align operational processes with the intricacies of each market’s operational needs.
• Process improvement : Identifying inefficiencies in sales and operational processes and suggesting improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborating with other departments and field teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies.
• Customer experience : Ensure standards implementation to increase customer exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.

Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Market insights integration : Actively engage with local and global retail (excellence) community to gather insights, foster knowledge sharing, and drive initiatives to optimize processes.
• Collaborative efficiency : Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by establishing regular interactions and communication channels among global and local teams.

• You hold a university degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar and you have at least 1-3 years of experience in retail, fashion or FMCG industry
• You have already worked in sales operations, sales support or in a related field and you are experienced in working in an international organization
• You are a team player with a highly collaborative and approachable attitude
• Your excellent communication skills enable you to manage many external and internal stakeholders at the same time
• Your hands-on and solution-oriented mentality motivates you to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You are flexible and adaptive to changing priorities, which enables you to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
