Senior Frontend Developer (React/React Native)

We are looking for a Lead Front End Developer to join a team that develops digital solutions to streamline healthcare services and consequently enhance overall well-being.
Location : Leipzig, Germany
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Plan and oversee frontend development projects.
- Collaborate closely with other frontend developers.
- Translate functional requirements into efficient, maintainable, tested, and scalable code.
- Participate in designing and developing UI and UX scenarios.
- Coordinate activities within a self-organized, agile project team and with other disciplines.
- Independently drive and professionalize technical structures in apps and web apps.
Requirements :
- Approximately 5 years of experience with React or React Native.
- At least one year of professional experience in app development.
- A degree in computer science or relevant training is desirable but not mandatory.
- High quality awareness, a structured work approach, excellent communication skills, and strong team spirit.
- Ideally, previous experience with personnel responsibilities.
- German min C1, English B2
