Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray’s success, Mindray Medical Germany needs a true professional ideally based in our Darmstadt office, with an established organisational skills and strong prioritisation experience.

You will be responsible for the administration support to the overseas branch to assure the office operation are highly efficient to support the ambitious growth of our business.

This is essentially a pivotal office management role with a range of duties to ensure the smooth running of the German office : Maintain the office environment with 5S policy Archive and conserve the department files and materials Maintenance of fixed assets Purchasing and management of office stationery and equipment Management of all business tools maintenance to ensure business department efficiency Management of Operational support including reporting on attendance record and support the attendance Management Assisting General Manager as a local Executive Support Collect and manage local Recommendation and transportation resources Budget management for office facilities Facilities management Dealing with customers and suppliers Management of all travel arrangements including support of visa applications documentation What are we looking for in you?

Administrative management experience essential Strong executive support and secretarial skills critical Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical Drive to support the achievement of financial sales goals Initiative, know how to find opportunities for business Independence recognise how to get things done Relationship skills able to build strong positive relationships with key decision makers and collaborate positively inside the Mindray organization Good communicator with excellent listening, spoken and written communication skills IT literate with Microsoft Office Ability to work in Europe without the requirement of company sponsorship What’s in it for you?
