Organization? Exactly your thing. As an office management assistant, you are an all-rounder when it comes to managing office processes! Organization and planning are your daily business.

Depending on the department, you will take care of telephone and written communication with internal and external customers and create corresponding files and presentations.

You will also be responsible for coordinating appointments and planning events. As you can see, this training is multifaceted!

Your tasks :

• You take calls from internal and external customers and manage mailboxes
• You will learn how to use various IT programs (MS365)
• You place orders with various service providers and take care of their processing
• You organize meetings, appointments and events and are part of various projects
• You check invoices and manage incoming payments
• You regularly switch departments to get to know the different areas such as HR, purchasing, financial accounting and quality management
